CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please call Jennifer at (202) 558-8471 as soon as possible.
24 hours notice is required for a cancellation or rescheduling in order to receive credit for the session. Failure to cancel within this time frame or failure to show up for a session will result in the client being charged for the session. If the canceled within the allotted time frame, clients will be allowed to be make up the session; however a refund will not be given.
Note: If you are participating in a group training session, the entire session will be canceled if one client cancels before the 24-hour mark. Both clients will then be able to make-up the session—however, THERE IS A NO REFUND POLICY. If the cancellation is not made before 24 hours, the session will continue as scheduled with one client present; the other will still be charged.
TARDINESS POLICY:
Clients are expected to begin working out at the start time of the scheduled session. A late start time does not entitle a client to a session longer than the scheduled session.
